Your Agreement with Our Platform

Winnings generated during any period of underage use shall be forfeited in their entirety.

You may not transfer funds between pk767 accounts or gift your balance to another player. Unused account balances held in dormant accounts (inactive for 12 months or longer) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as permitted by our licence conditions.

Bets that are in progress at the time of a system interruption may be settled in accordance with the game state recorded at the last confirmed server-side snapshot prior to the interruption.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk767 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Match-fixing and insider betting: Placing bets on events where you possess material non-public information, or where you are a participant in the event being wagered upon;
• Money laundering: Using pk767 as a vehicle for layering, placement, or integration of funds derived from illegal activity;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in multiplayer games to manipulate outcomes to the detriment of other participants or of pk767;

• You have provided false, incomplete, or misleading registration information;
